This website
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) records standard server logs, including IP address, requested page, and browser type, which it retains for a limited period for security and operational purposes. We do not combine those logs with any other data.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. We do not sell or share contact information.
Our products
Each product (LeaseLens, Éminence Atelier, SEC Alpha Feeder) has its own privacy terms presented at sign-up, because each handles different data. The principles are the same across all of them:
- Data minimization. We collect only what a feature needs to work.
- No retention of processed documents. Documents you submit for analysis, such as leases or reconciliations, are processed in memory and are not stored after the job completes unless you explicitly save results to your account.
- United States hosting. Services run on Google Cloud in the United States.
- No sale of personal data. We do not sell personal information and do not use customer data to train models for other customers.
- Sub-processors. We use Google Cloud (hosting, storage, AI models), Stripe (payments), and Mercury (banking). Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a use of it, by emailing privacy@eminencetechnologies.io. We respond within 30 days. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, which we honor for all users regardless of location.
Children
Our products are business tools intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any material change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
